Adecco seeks Customer Service Representatives for large and rapidly growing mortgage company in Tempe near Diablo Stadium! Bilingual a plus!
Qualified Customer Service Representative Individuals will have proven job stability, a strong attention to detail, be comfortable asking probing questions to identify status and provide current loan updates. Candidates must have good telephone communication and strong problem solving skills and must adhere to all policies and procedures, and document in client account profiles. Candidates must be able to toggle between multiple screens/windows in a fast-paced contact center environment and have a minimum of intermediate computer skills, understanding of MS programs, data entry, and strong basic mathematics knowledge. Candidates must also have ability to work independently.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include taking inbound and conducting outbound calls for customers regarding mortgage questions such as hazard insurance, taxes, escrow analysis, payments, account balances, year-end information, etc.
Applicants for Customer Service Representative Openings must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in call center environment. Previous mortgage banking and/or customer care experience preferred.
Candidates must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
Client resume review and interview required.
Pay-Range: $11-$15/hour ¿ depending on experience, qualifications, assessments scores and interview
**Hiring Bonus: of $500 after 6 months, including time as temp!! Incentive programs available!
Location: I10/Southern, near Diablo Stadium
Dress Code: Business Casual (interview in Business attire)
Attendance: Strict; cannot miss any time within first 90 days.
¿ Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (5 weeks)
¿ After Training: Monday-Friday 6am-6pm availability (8 hour shift during these operating hours)
o Enrolled into shift bid upon hire with client (performance and attendance based)
