Position Summary:
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing monthly patient refill requests and ensuring all documentation is accurate before shipping orders.

As a Customer Care Coordinator you will…

* Investigate data entry issues to ensure accurate reporting and billing.
* Resolve reimbursement issues with patient accounts, sales force and management team.
* Assess patient needs and document referral requests for coordination of care.
* Will carry a workload similar to a customer service specialist .

This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 9 :00AM – 5:30PM , with an opportunity for over-time per business need.

Challenge your healthcare training or current customer services skills to make a difference in a patient’s life by explaining by leading a team of Customer Service reps in initiating the referral process and answering questions from patients and caregivers on their admissions status.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum two years experience in customer service.
* Minimum two years experience in healthcare.
* Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
*Experience with 3rd party collections


Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with healthcare insurance.
* Experience with medical terminology.
* Experience working in a pharmacy setting.
* Ability to work in a team environment.


Education:

High School Diploma or GED
