Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative - Call Center job include:

- Interface with the customer in a professional and friendly manner to solve problems, answer questions and successfully retain customers
- Successfully retain, upsell, and/or cross-sell existing customers
- Responsible to resolve any customer concern or issue, using standard operating procedures and providing exceptional customer service with first call resolution
- Document all necessary information pertaining to accounts accessed
- Understand and follow client processes, procedures and acquire product knowledge in order to successfully educate customers

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of call center AND customer service experience is REQUIRED
- Collections or telephone sales background is a plus
- Highly motivated
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Must be available to work any schedule given between the hours of 8:45 AM ¿ 7:00 PM, Monday -Friday
