Customer Care Specialist

Customer Service in a call center environment. Responsible for answering questions regarding products and orders, responding to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns; manages orders and related information, assist with data entry, auditing, pricing, and follow up issues; and processes returned goods authorizations. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Pay will be based on experience.
