* Day shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Mon-Fri
* Competitive wages between $11.00 to $12.50 per hour
* Temporary to Hire

What is the job?
* Answer incoming calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents and internal customers
* A typical day can involve fielding between 75-100 calls
What you bring to the job?
* Previous experience in a call center or banking/insurance customer service experience
* Great attitude and ability to work in a team
* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
* Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to type 30-40 wpm
