The Customer Experience Design Intern will leverage experience and training to contribute to a newly formed Digital Member Experience Team at BJ’s. The candidate should be passionate about design and creating experiences people love. The ideal candidate should be passionate about all facets of User Experience Design, including user research, interaction design, content design, and service design with a curiosity to learn and explore each area. The position will be in a collaborative environment working on mobile and web development lifecycles leveraging agile methodologies and collaborative partnership principles. The candidate will also collaborate with team members across various disciplines including product, analytics, and engineering.
