The company has already invested in state-of-the-art technology and scaling our loyalty program, now we are focused on optimizing our customer contact strategy. We are looking for the best and brightest to join our existing team and help us deliver on this initiative.

The Senior Manager of Customer Growth Strategy will be responsible for developing personalization strategies that provide highly relevant content, offers and experiences to our retail customers through a number of different communications channels including in-store, at-home (direct mail & email) and on-the-go (mobile).

Responsibilities Include:
•Own the management, development, and expansion of a key personalization program that will deliver 1:1 communications, offers, and experiences to our customers across various channels

•Build and test personalization tactics and strategies in a fast-paced and iterative environment, driving towards improved customer engagement and performance metrics

•Work with customer strategists to refine personalization strategies based on customer insights and changing customer needs

•Own a personalization program level P&L --- establish forecast, assess performance, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver results

•Conduct deep analysis and opportunity assessments based on prior results and cross-functional learning's --- conduct hypothesis sessions to turn insights into action plans

•Collaborate with Insights team to refine current programs, identify new growth opportunities and test hypotheses

•Partner with key stakeholders from various functions to develop the creative assets and ensure execution of the personalization programs at scale

•Work closely with category managers to build personalization strategies that integrate deep category knowledge and understanding with robust customer knowledge and understanding

•Identify and help develop innovative and out-of-the-box personalization strategies to test, this may include new communication approaches, cadence strategies, offer strategies, methods of offer delivery, new external partnerships, etc
