SUMMARY:

The Customer Loyalty and Engagement Programs Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and measurement of programs designed to grow contractor preference for our products. This individual works closely with Sales, our loyalty program vendors, communications team, and channel partners to promote new programs, grow brand exposure, make program updates, and measure and report results. This individual develops and executes an annual plan. Additionally, he/she assists with managing our lead distribution program designed to provide marketing qualified leads to our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Evaluating, managing, measuring and reporting growth of various contractor and loyalty programs (40%)



  • Developing support and promotional tools to reach contractors (20%)



  • Creating and executing outbound and inbound communications targeting contractors (15%)



  • Assisting with lead distribution program with Sales (10%)



  • Developing and executing annual contractor and loyalty programs plan (10%)



  • Conducting VOC, and researching trends and best practices to reach the contractor community (5%)



  • EDUCATION:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

    MANAGEMENT:

    This position has no direct reports. This individual will manage vendors and contract workers as required.

    Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:

    �Minimum 5 years� experience in Marketing and Communications

    �Demonstrated experience developing and executing an annual marketing plan

    �Experience managing loyalty and customer engagement programs

    �Experience marketing to contractors

    �Demonstrated experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms

    �Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and demonstrated writing ability

    �A team player who is able to prioritize work independently, time management skills

    �Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    �Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
