Job Description:
The Customer Management Account Representative is responsible for the day to day analysis of key metrics of the Quaker Oats business brands at Kroger our #1 grocery account. The right candidate will manage both internal and external systems (SAP, Prosper, Kroger trade point, Kroger 84.51, Sales Metrics & New Item trackers, Demand Planning forecasts) to set up items, track against key sales metrics and ensure trade and promotional program compliance. This role will also heavily be involved in transformative project work like test and learn of new incubation items and store of the future end cap tests. This role will also help lead field account manager initiatives by developing field selling tools and tracking against up selling targets and working with shopper marketing and category management to develop programs and insights for field execution. The right person for this role will be comfortable working in a fast paced and high visibility account environment that can multi task and feels comfortable interacting with and presenting to internal and external Senior Leaders.

The customer management account representative plays a key analytical role on the Quaker Oats Kroger team. This person will be responsible for the daily/weekly/period management of internal and external scorecards of key metrics such as topline and bottom line sales, margin %, market share, promotional execution, new item performance, shopper marketing program ROI, etc. This role will also own category management projects, post event analysis of key sales, marketing and field execution activities as well as presentations for customer meetings, external executive joint business plans and internal annual operating plans.

Highly preferable that this role is based in the Kroger PepsiCo office in Mason OH (Cincinnati suburb).


  • Based in Mason OH Kroger PEP office
  • 3 years of sales and/or category management experience
  • Strong attention to detail & proactive attitude
  • Naturally inquisitive
  • Good multi-tasker
  • Ability to work with ambiguity & general direction
  • Quick study on systems; Market 6, IRI, SAP, 84.51 experience preferred
  • Warehouse supply chain experience a plus (demand planning, allocations, forecasting)
  • Strong Powerpoint presentation skills
  • Warehouse retail team and Field team experience and/or management
