The Talent Solutions customer marketing team is responsible for empowering our B2B customers to be more successful in their jobs, accelerating revenue for LinkedIn and deepening LinkedIn's relationship with key decision makers.
Responsibilities :
  • Develop strategy for driving customer success & education among the LinkedIn's Talent Solutions global customer base through scalable and repeatable marketing channels
  • Gain deep customer empathy and understanding for the challenges and triumphs that our users encounter as they use our products to recruit and hire for their organizations
  • Define key points in the customer lifecycle, and architect data-driven lifecycle marketing programs that increase product engagement & retention
  • Create the optimal experience at key points in the customer journey, such as onboarding, growth and new product launches across our product line (including our flagship offerings such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobs and Career Pages)
  • Design and implement scaled marketing programs that increase successful product usage and support new product and feature launches
  • Execute innovative programs including audience definition and segmentation, content development, channel strategy and execution, ensuring our customers are set up for success and using our products to their full potential
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, customer success and sales leadership to build a world-class customer success & engagement experience. Partner with operations and international teams to execute programs globally.
  • Measure and forecast impact to the business and report out to senior stakeholders
Basic Qualifications :
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Marketing experience in an online B2C or B2B business (preferably SaaS customer or lifecycle marketing)
  • Customer success strategy or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Familiarity with the latest digital B2B marketing campaigns and techniques
  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues, frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, creative, planning, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the talent field and how organizations attract, hire and retain top talent
  • Strong messaging, content development and writing skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize programs
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Responsys Google Docs and MS Office
  • Experience with audience/market strategy
  • MBA or Masters in related field
