OfficeTeam is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our client in Gilbert. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative is to manage the database of carriers that we do business with. This includes maintaining up to date and accurate insurance and authority for vendors and minimizing the company's risk by ensuring that business is conducted with reputable, good standing carriers. Additional duties would include setting up new carriers in the database and ensure that they meet company's standard criteria. Reach out to un-registered carriers via the phone and email to educate them about the importance of the Registration Program and the urgency about completing the required documents. Maintain the carrier data base with accurate, up to date information about contact numbers and email. Accurately document each attempt for contact as well as responses received.
