General responsibilities for this positions include: • Attend to the daily support needs of customers and clients within the tier three support • Provide guidance to help achieve organizational and functional goals • Problem solve issues reported by customers and clients in a prompt manner • Provide a positive customer experience • Identify customers' needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction • Proactively follow up with customers as needed • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts • Follow communication procedures and policies
