Robert Half Healthcare has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Relations Representative at a Digital Healthcare Company in San Francisco. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This position is based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center like environment. Responsibilities include: ~ Contact prospective individuals by telephone (500 in bound calls) to promote services and/or charitable causes ~ Explain the product or service to potential customers ~ Obtain customer information including names and addresses ~ Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered ~ Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers ~ Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements ~ Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
