Immediate need for a customer service representative for a leading in the insurance company. Candidate must have an Insurance Background and Call Center Experience. The Operations Specialist is responsible for answering and processing agent and insured inquiries for Commercial and Personal Lines of Service in a prompt, courteous and organized fashion per training protocol. Operations Specialist I Job Duties: Handle day to day client needs by phone or as needed. Process policy changes and related documents. Provide direct assistance for inquiries. Provide assistance and technical guidance as it relates to policies, billing inquiries and claims status requests in accordance with department performance standards. Effectively relay information associated with Weston's processes and best practices to provide high quality, professional service by following established departmental standards and procedures.
