Do you love customer service and want a great job located in Chandler, AZ? We have the job for you! This is a great opportunity to work in a fun and friendly call center. Located just off the 202 San Tan Freeway, south of the Chandler Mall.

You will be taking inbound calls ONLY, no outbound calling, providing support to customers who participate in Wellness programs for customers of our client.

Employees will be fielding calls from program members to answer questions about their point redemption and rewards. Performing basic technical assistance such as password resets. Using online tools (Sharepoint) to upload and download incentive files for program members.

    Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    Answer phone and provide technical support to customers such as:

  • Upload files for reward cards and redemption programs


  • password resets


  • Employees handle approximately 40 calls per day and are expected to engage customers and provide efficient and timely responses.


  • Ensure positive call and experience for customer


  • Document information on call in computer system


  • Must be focused, engaged and committed to providing a superior level of customer care.

  • Attendance � due to the amount of learning content, during training, no time can be missed from work. There is a strict attendance policy in place before and after training that must be followed.







  • Job Requirements �Computer literacy � will be talking on the phone while navigating the computer and must be able to:
    •Work quickly with multiple screens
    •Copy and paste text from one window to another
    •Navigate web based tools
    •Upload files

    �Good problem solving skills - Look up information in a reference tool
    �Basic data entry skills � 30 wpm
    �Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    �Clear well spoken voice over the phone
    •Must sound good over the phone � friendly, professional
