Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Customer Service Agents in the Hebron, KY area. These are long term positions with full time potential, with current openings on 2nd shift. Customer Service Agents are responsible for taking inbound customer requests, providing appropriate technical and product-related information, investigate and resolve customer issues via phone, fax, instant message and email.
