Immediate opening for candidates with solid customer service experience. This assignment requires a lot of multi tasking, ability to learn quickly, excellent computer skills. Good writing skills are required to communicate with clients and internal staff. You will provide support with phones, sort and distribute invoices, distribute mail, scan hard copies of mail into ticketing system, process invoices and renewals to customers.

Advanced excel skills required and experience working with Pivot tables.
