Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service and Collections Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to manage a blended call center environment (inbound and outbound) that will provide extraordinary service to customers while achieving associate, team, department and company goals. Responsibilities for this Customer Service and Collections Supervisor position include:
Create the policies and procedures to oversee an account servicing and collections organization
Oversee team of 10-15 phone-based account servicing specialists on a daily basis
Manage team workflow to meet service level expectations and make real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency
Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with team members for performance coaching and career development
Serve as point of contact for escalations
Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership team for compliance management process
Responsible to establish and maintain a high level of team engagement
Manage associate relations and escalate situations to Management when required
Partner with Team Members from across the organization to support projects and initiatives
Prior experience leading and/or supervising a team of 10+ team members.
People management experience with proven ability to effectively manage, set team goals, develop people to their highest levels of performance, and manage through challenging situations
Prior professional experiences with optimization, processes, systematic organization, program/project management
Demonstrated Data/Analytics experience; Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
