Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Call Center Representative job in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This is a temporary opportunity that can possibly go to temp-to-hire. As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and assisting customers with questions and problem resolution. Schedule is Monday through Friday 11:30am to 8pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm. Sunday off and a week day off as well.
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
-Taking inbound calls from customers and assisting with their questions
-Proving excellent customer service and going above and beyond for customers
-Call center or collections experience
-Great customer service
-Good telephone etiquette
-Solid Work History
This is a temp-to-hire position paying $13.00-$15.00 an hour with possibility of overtime.
