SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS- 40 hours/ Full Time -Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week. -Must be available for an 8 hour shift any time between 4am and 11pm

-Training provided Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (three months) Schedule will vary after successful completion of 3 month training!

Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service exclusively by phone to various internal and external customers in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner. Utilizes available resources to identity customers' needs accurately and efficiently when assisting customers with general bank information, responding and resolving any customer concerns.

Qualifications Minimum of two years financial experience in sales or comparable work experience in a retail environment required. Oral and written communication skills, ability to use judgment and discretion in problem resolution and confidential information required. Familiarity with PC's in word processing, windows, spreadsheets and technical background highly desirable.
