Our client in Alburtis, PA hiring for a Customer Service Clerk
Hours of Operation are 8:00am-4:30pm.


Customer Service Representative will respond to customers in a courteous and timely manner. They will be responsible to accurately process work documents, communicate with the customer and work closely with the management team. See job requirements listed below:

Direct phone contact with customer interacting daily activities
Set up Customer Profile in WMS
Resolve customer issues and or report to management where applicable
Interface with management and staff
Interact with warehouse operation and office
Physical check of on-hand product to order documentation
Interact with IT Department to maintain office equipment
Order office supplies
Maintain inventory control through HWC WMS and or Customer¿s WMS through receipts and shipments
SAP Experience
Prepare bill of ladings; pick tickets, labels, etc
Prepare export documentation
Prepare shipping documentation COA, MSDS, etc.
Process routing in Carrier or Customer Website
Maintain Daily inbound and outbound carrier log
Schedule inbound and outbound appointments
Greet Customer and Carriers
Maintain carrier daily sign in log
Validate outbound carriers Hazmat driver¿s license
Process inbound and outbound documentation to customer
Process customized Crystal Reports to customer
Maintain carrier log for truck scale activity
Maintain rail car inventory
Dispatch rail cars
Generate EDI and ASN transmissions
Compile and publish Key Performance Indicators
Maintain filing system for transactions and correspondence
Ensures accurate invoicing and prepare for distribution within three day window
Communicate customer feedback to management
Report to work at the appointed time of the shift
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
Complete Hazmat Material Training where applicable
Available to work weekends, holidays, overtime and respond to emergency calls if applicable
