• Own the customer relationship and ensure their success • Understand and clearly communicate the customer's business objectives • Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementations • Respond to issues and proactively communicate with customers to ensure success • Assist the customer in creating a plan with appropriate resource allocation and project milestones • Communicate customer issues and escalate when needed • Create knowledge resources to assist in customer self service • Provide technical training
