Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English

Spanish/English Customer Service Representative reading, writing and speaking both languages through out the day.

Staffmark is recruiting for Direct Hire full-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Services Representatives in Van Wert Ohio.

Do you like talking on the phone, have great computer skills and can speak/read Spanish/English? How would you like to get paid $15 hr to help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues as a Bilingual Customer Service Person?

11A-7:30PM Monday � Friday - $15 hr to start increase after 6 months.

This is the right job for you if you're able to:

  • Speak English/Spanish fluently while the phone and using a computer

  • Must have previous clerical or data experience working in VERY fast pace office.

  • Answer and initiate billing calls from/to customers

  • Empathize and be friendly with people you've never met

  • Use logic and solve problems

  • Be part of a team

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish reading, writing and speaking


  • Nice to have (but not require):

  • Understanding of a call center environment
