Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has an opportunity on our pharmacy escalations team for a Customer Service Escalations Team Member. The primary responsibilities include; to assist with escalated issues and provide resolution/solutions to internal and external customers with all escalated issues regarding pharmacy services, customer service, interpretation of policies and procedures, process inquiries, and work flow concerns. The Patient Advocate - Customer Service will also provide coaching to internal customers, resolve events, document and report any issues that need to be reviewed by management.

Hours of operation:
Mon – Friday: 8 am – 9 pm
Sat – Sunday: 9 am – 6 pm
Schedules include rotating schedule and rotation of weekend hours 504454
