Are you looking to help with Hurricane Assistance? Are you Bilingual (not required but it is a plus!) The shift is NOT set it stone. Could be early morning or night shifts. WE NEED PEOPLE WHO CAN BE FLEXIBLE! regular pay rate: $17.61/hr overtime pay rat: $19.80/hr Responsibilities: •Manage large amounts of incoming calls •Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction •Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools •Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies •Take the extra mile to engage customers Requirements: •Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative •Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening •Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters •Excellent communication and presentation skills •Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively •High school degree please send resumes to caley.rosenberg@officeteam.com
