The recent acquisition of this Scranton Area Company has created the immediate need for Customer Service Representatives on a temporary to hire basis. If you have customer service experience by phone or in person, apply for a career opportunity and work in a beautiful and spacious building. Our client has a full-service onsite cafeteria and free parking. The starting pay rate is $12.00 per hour. Hours of Paid Training are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned to a shift beginning as early as 8:00 am or ending as late as 11:00 pm. Alternate shift may be selected once you gain seniority.

This position requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. Will be taking inbound calls from healthcare insurance subscribers. With the valuable information gained in training, you will help subscribers to make plan choices or to answer other questions that they may have regarding their plans. During peak season there will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work. After hire by our client, depending on your performance, you may be offered the option to work from home.

To be considered, you must have had at least 1 year of recent experience performing customer service. Background check, drug screen, references and educational verification required. Please bring proof of education to your interview, if selected.
