How you will make an impact • Developing and implementing procedures and policies and ensuring compliance standards are met • Ensuring customer base is serviced in a timely manner • Defining training programs • Hiring and training team members and administering performance reviews, one on ones, and coaching conversations • Leading change and fostering an environment of growth and improvement • Supervising up to 15 employees in a Customer Service department • Administering disciplinary action or performance improvement plans • Addressing and resolving escalated issues • Assigning work to team members and delegating tasks as necessary What we're looking for • Bachelor's Degree • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills • Previous supervisory experience within a Customer Service environment • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity • Life Insurance license/experience highly preferred If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
