A manufacturing company in Ann Arbor is seeking a Customer Service Manager to manage customer relationships, manage internal customer service team and provide coaching to team members within the department. Responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager include managing team of up to 15 representatives, hire and oversee team, oversee the workflow, create/update manuals, work closely with outside sales team and communicate with manufacturing sites globally.
