customer service rep

1. Take incoming calls from Consumers lookinng for individual health insurance
2. Ask caller series of questionns
3. Based on responses, route the call to the appropriate incoming sale area

Must have qualificationns/experience:
1. Goood communication skills
2. Ability to enter dat into call managemennnt system
3. Previous call/customer service experiennce strongly preferred

Shift Start/End time: 9:00- 6:00 desired, open 8:30-5:30
Dress Code: Business casual-during open enrollment jeans are acceptable
