Adecco is currently assisting our New Milford client in their search for an experienced Customer Service Rep. This position is a potential temporary-to-hire opportunity. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for order processing, quoting, follow-up, data entry, and problem resolution. Some knowledge of MS Access or other similar database is helpful is needed. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
• Process orders and provide quotes
• Expedite and follow-up on orders to completion
• Resolve billing issues in a timely manner
• Process detailed paperwork accurately

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2 + years exp as a Customer Service Rep position in an office setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of MS Access or other similar database helpful
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
