1.Claims Processing and Corrections (claims pend in facets for different denial reasons. i.e. name is not spelled correct, things may be missing a number or numbers transposed, address may be missing the suite number. We will research and figure out what record the claim should have processed to. We send that information to the claims team to process the claim.
2. Facets Updates (Preferred - Training Provided)
3. Salesforce updates
4. Survey research and follow up
5. Service requests and mail
Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Data entry skills
2. Able to analyze data and problem solve
3. Able to work with little to no supervision
4. Excel and Word
5. Must be team player and participate in team engagements
Shift Start/End Time: 8-6 (flexible) Monday - Friday
Dress Code: Business Casual, no jeans except on Fridays
