Position Details:
Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: Torrance, CA - 90502
Length: 3+ Months
Shift: Must be Flexible for all shifts and days
Pay Range: $14.00 per hour

Customer Service Rep Job Description:
-The Customer Service Representative takes incoming calls from Warehouse customers to deliver goods from warehouse inventory.
-The Customer Service Representative is customer minded, service oriented, detailed person, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals.
-This is a 24 x 7 operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends and holidays.

Customer Service Rep Candidate Requirements:
-Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
-Must have 2+ years of call center customer service experience
-Must have good typing skills
-Must have advanced MS Excel skills
-Must have excellent problem solving skills
-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
-Must have experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
