Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Alternate Job Titles Include: Customer Service Representative; Call Center Representative; Contact Center Agent.

PAY:: Starting rate at $12/Hour

HOURS:: Hours of training are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Upon completion of training.

You will then be assigned to an (8) hour shift beginning as early as 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Alternate shift may be selected once you gain seniority.

This position requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. Will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call to a healthcare subscriber. There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season.
