* Provide top customer service.
* Associates are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and servicing skills.
* A strong desire to help people.
* Ability to explain policy features and benefits.
* Work in an inbound call center.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Answer any questions and concerns with polices.

Requirements:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience.
* HS Diploma or higher.
* Able to have flexibility with work schedule.
