Seeking a Customer Representative to provide excellent service in a positive and fast-paced work environment. Responds to customer inquiries regarding account status, products or services. Resolves timely product and service related needs and issues with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Provides outstanding service to Company's customers while achieving operational profitability standards. • Interacts with customers (internal and external), and provides information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services • Functions as the single point-of-contact for all quote entry into the Sales systems • Maintains records of customer purchases and associated correspondence according to a standardized company format • Ensures correct coding to retrieve and input order information • Collaborates with Accounts Receivables to verify credit status as needed • Follows standardized company format for calculating PO due dates • Works closely with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of purchases • Maintains accurate and organized customer records • Handles dispute resolution on customer complaints, special orders, and/or returns; escalates more complex/difficult issues to senior staff • Prepares necessary paperwork for debit or credit issues • Performs other duties as assigned/needed Please send resumes to Chris Fuller at
