Our Healthcare client in Cypress is in need of a Customer Service Representative for a long term temporary project. This is a great opportunity to join a company with a fantastic culture and with room for growth. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for: - Helping to resolve customer service issues and cancelation requests -Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting customer retention goals -Establishing customer accounts -Updating customer account information -Providing information and education concerning service types, billing, charges and contracts. -Acting as a customer's advocate, solving problems on their behalf with other departments and escalating if necessary. The Ideal Customer Service Representative should have: -2 years of high level customer service experience in a call center environment (80-100 calls per day) -Exposure to healthcare or insurance -Type 45 WPM - Experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite - Outstanding customer service skills and a desire to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer experience This opportunity pays up to $14.74 per hour and is set to last 6 months.
