An exciting E-Commerce Start Up located in Beverly Hills is seeking temporary Customer Service Representatives through the first week in January. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer phone calls, emails and online live chats. Your duties will also include: making courtesy follow up calls, managing website inquiries, completing product exchanges/orders, working with the operations team to ensure timely product fulfillment, and processing orders as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment, is a problem solver and strong multi-tasking skills.
