Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This position is based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center like environment. Responsibilities include: • Contact prospective individuals by telephone (500 in bound calls) to promote services and/or charitable causes • Explain the product or service to potential customers • Obtain customer information including names and addresses • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
