Support PR Director with as needed admin tasks Serve as a point of contact on mobile phone and email between PR Director and other parties, as needed Taking calls for PR Director during busy times Help to keep PR Director's schedule Support with requests and queries Project Support Duties: Support PR Director with lead generation project; Keep PR Director up-to-date and support as needed Help liaise with key vendors e.g. email marketing company Keep organized and up-to-date on all aspects of the specific lead generation project being able to update Google Docs, keep an detailed Excel and jump on the phone or send email to colleagues and vendors as needed; Support lead generation logistics and small events via email, phone, Excel and Google Docs While working as a contract employee through Office Team, you will have access to benefits, be eligible for holiday pay and bonus pay, have access to complimentary online tutorials and can participate in our 401K program after 52 consecutive weeks of contract employment.
