OfficeTeam is working with a manufacturing company that offers a business casual and relaxed environment in identifying an articulate Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will sit within a small customer service department and directly deal with consumer dealers. The Customer Service Representative must be able to work any of the three shift offered: 6AM-3PM, 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM. The Customer Service Representative responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -Field inbound customer phone call and coordinate email correspondence -Order Entry into CRM database -Resolve issues which prevent orders from shipping -Provide technical assistance to retailers and ability to troubleshoot product issues -Prepare and track return authorizations -Assist in sales support
