OfficeTeam has an excellent contract opportunity for a large client in the Metro Atlanta area. This position will begin in November and December and will go through the end of March or the end of May of 2018. Those who apply MUST be flexible to work a shift between 7am-7pm, Monday through Friday. There will be a mandatory 4 week training. Training hours will be from 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Those who apply must be able to commit to the length of training to be considered.

How you will make an impact • Receive inbound telephone calls from potential and current members. • Answer questions regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, appeals and complaints and provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion. • Develop and maintain relationships with callers. • Consult and educate callers on trends or issues. What we're looking for • 1 year MINIMUM of call center experience is a MUST. If you have a medical or behavioral health background that is a plus! • High school diploma or GED required OR 10 years of equivalent working experience. • Ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate and empathetic manner. • Ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information and be able to determine next step quickly. • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within hours of operation (7am-7pm, Monday through Friday) • All new hires are required to successfully complete training.
