Exciting opportunity located in the Western Suburbs for a Customer Service Representative with experience working in SAP. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire position for the right person. The Customer Service will be responsible for entering orders, monitoring shipments, answering incoming calls, managing and tracking orders in SAP and coordinating travel. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will receive and process all orders, chase booking notes, track containers, monitor and manage product distribution costs, as well participate in inventory audits. The Customer Service Representative must be proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Customer Service Representative must have analytical skills and be able to multitask.
