OfficeTeam has a great opportunity for an articulate, detail oriented Customer Service Representative for a large client located in the South Metro. This position is in a call center and does require an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will be able to take anywhere from 50 - 80 inbound calls daily and provide thoughtful and articulate answers to their clients. You will need to maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. The Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of customer database systems. Previous customer service experience with conflict-resolution is a plus.
