Our client is St. Cloud is looking for an experiences Communications Coordinator for a temporary to permanent position. Job Description: We are looking for a professional individual who has strong customer service and administrative skills. The main function of this position is taking incoming calls from our customers to place service calls or order supplies for their equipment while completing administrative tasks and processing email requests. 1. Answering incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently. Approx. 60-80 calls per day. 2. Monitor and complete requests in our group email inbox during and in between phone calls. 3. Meet individual and team goals for targeted areas as it pertains to productivity and performance. 4. Be responsible for completing assigned Administrative tasks (cross checks and various reports with training provided). 5.
