OfficeTeam is looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to fill a position for a local business in Little Rock. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls, answering questions about customer accounts, resolving customer complaints or issues, and providing excellent customer service! In addition to providing customer service, you will also be responsible for: -Opening customer accounts by verifying account information. -Maintaining customer records by updating account information. -Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
