Strong oral and written communication skills, dealing with customer service related issues over the phone, create trouble tickets using our internal ticketing system, answer inbound calls and transfer as necessary, help with logistics including FedEx and other Freight Forwarders, must be computer and internet savvy, must be proficient with Microsoft office including outlook professional, excel and word.
