OfficeTeam is searching for a rockstar Customer Service Representative for our client in the Retail Industry! The Customer Service Representative will join an amazing team, and have the opportunity for advancement within the company. The ideal Customer Service candidate will have at least six months of experience in the field, and have excellent communication and follow-through abilities. Responsibilities: • All administrative and follow-through tasks related to web ordering • Set up new accounts • Confirm and process customer orders • Coordinate with back-office for order fulfillment • Audit orders from previous days and weeks • Data entry and reconciliation for shipping and billing information • Field incoming phone calls regarding questions and discrepancies • Issue resolution and follow-up • Process shortages and overages, coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment • Order entry from regular customers and will-call • Issue resolution for emailed inquiries and orders • Reception duties as needed Qualifications: • At least six months of experience in a similar role • Responsible and conscientious demeanor • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal If you are interested in this position, please email your resume to and call 310.343.4067 today!
