This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Haverford, Pennsylvania region and is a short term temporary employment opportunity. Key responsibilities - Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence - Handle incoming telephone calls - Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements: - Sound written and verbal communication skills - Customer service and office administrative skills - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - 2+ years experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications - Proficiency in numeric data entry - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Foundational knowledge in computerized switchboards - Experience with Microsoft Word - Adeptness in MS Outlook - Alphanumeric data entry experience - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
