Robert Half is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representative for a long-term project for our client, a large financial services company, in Bedford, OH.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: providing high quality telephone customer service to customers, resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, resolving billing disputes, correcting payment errors, and account maintenance.
Training will be provided by the client at the outset of the project for 4 weeks and will continue throughout the project, on areas deemed necessary. There are strict attendance policies.

The position will pay $11 hourly and OT may be necessary at times.
