Customer Service Representative-10217871
Cintas is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide best-in-class, front-line customer service to each Cintas customer, internal and external. The Customer Service Representative will deliver this service through various channels - telephone, email, letter, instant message, fax/webflow and chat. The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for being available for inbound customer calls and adhering to the policies and procedures for phone management, attendance, quality and issue resolution. This position also makes outbound customer calls to gain information and/or to provide follow up to resolve customer issues.
•High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
•Minimum 1 year of previous Inbound Call Center / Customer Facing experience required
•Ability to sit for up to 8 hours during a shift with or without reasonable accommodation
•Ability to accurately type a minimum of 30 words per minute
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or systems including: Email /corporate email system, Internet/Intranet and order entry/mangement system required; Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
•Previous experience being managed to individual or team goals
•AS/400 experience preferred
